The Verus High Pro Shield is simple and understated, but also has a touch of elegance. The lip is one of the deeper cases I tested, but the black blends in well with my gold Note 5. Very sleek look and feel, not industrial at all. While not flashy, it looks like a high end case. – 9.5
Solid is how I would describe it. Not great, but no slouch either. Good enough that I wouldn’t worry about dropping this, but not good enough to think it couldn’t slip under the right circumstance. It could be better, but its should be good enough for most. – 8.0
For a think lightweight case, this feels pretty solid with an air cushioned back and a deep front lip. For most everyday use, this should do a pretty good job. – 8.0
Cutouts line up perfectly, albeit deep. The audio jack is standard, meaning extra-large connectors may not work. The volume rocker and power button are flush with the case, saving width but making them a little trickier to find by feel. Overall, no complaints. – 8.0
